You should always budget for unforeseen problems especially when you have walls and things that have to be removed as you never know what you will find when you start uncovering damaged areas.

Pannell's comes through and saves the day!!...our refrigerator died and I rushed to Home Depot to find a replacement quickly with all of our food waiting in coolers packed with ice. I found a floor model at HD but then learned they don't deliver floor models. I called my sis-in-law and she recommended Will Pannell, saying he is a great guy and great to work with. I immediately placed a call to Will while at HD and he agreed to come and pickup our new refrigerator and deliver that same afternoon at a very reasonable price. To get the new unit into the house the refrigerator doors had to be removed to fit into the house. All the work was done with a smile and a pleasant, helpful attitude. He even removed our old unit. We have never had a better moving experience than with Pannell's ! They showed up on time, did not stop hustling until the last piece was off the truck.
